Wow, it's been AGES.
I was just talking about blogging with my dear cousin this weekend and talking about how I hate to write a post when the ONLY times I'm really inspired is when I want to bitch, yet here I am.
Maybe somethings really just aren't appropriate for twitter? Weird. I know.
So, do you have that friend that never initiates anything? I'm so perplexed by this. Sometimes I'm annoyed. Or mad. Or reflective and think that maybe it's something *I* am doing wrong. I get annoyed and swear I'll stop inviting said person to do things, but I usually give in. Mainly because - just because said person isn't being a good friend - that doesn't mean *I* should be a bad friend right?
Does this mean that friend doesn't want to spend time with me? Am I forcing myself on them by insisting on constantly inviting them to do stuff? I don't know!
Someone tell me.

Also? They are fucking fabulous.
I managed to schedule a trip to coincide with their city and we had DRINKS PEOPLE. IN PERSON. I'm still kind of pinching myself.

With that in mind and the fact I'm so totally anal and expect some give and take in my relationships...I just don't call some ppl any longer. Guess they just aren't as into me as I was to them cuz they aren't calling....

What about those people who don't ever introduce you to their friends even though they've met some of their new friends through you? I've never understood keeping different circles of friends. You may have already written a post on that topic.
I wish I could meet Kris and Kimmie. Totally jealous!

I stopped checking here b/c you werent posting...and here you are....
Well...does this person initiate and/or invite other people to do things with them? If they do, then it could be you :-P Or it could be that they may feel you wouldn't like the plans they come up with, so they let you drive. Of course they could just not be initiators in general and just wait for invites.
On a side note to MMHs comment, I always try to keep separate groups of friends. Usually b/c then I can hang out w/X group when I'm sick of Y group. And sometimes I can be one kind of person w/X group and a completely different person w/Y group. To me "worlds colliding" isn't always a good thing.
